摘要
目的观察清开灵注射液治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效。方法将130例病毒性肺炎患儿随机进行分组,对照组常规使用利巴韦林注射液,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用清开灵注射液。结果观察组病人退热时间、咳嗽消失时间和肺部音消失时间均较对照组明显缩短,治愈率显著提高。结论清开灵注射液能够有效佐治小儿病毒性肺炎。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Qingkailing injection in treating viral pneumonia in children.Methods 130 cases of viral pneumonia in children were divided into two groups at random. the control group routinely used of ribavirin injection, the observation group used Qingkailing injection based on control group.Results Antipyretic time of observation group, cough, disappearance time of pulmonary rales were significantly shorter than those in the control group.Conclusion Qingkailing injection can effectively adjuvant treat of viral pneumonia in children.
