摘要
为探讨当前企业的热点和难点问题，使企业改革更趋合理和规范，特进行本次调查．调查对象为企业中高级管理人员，样本实际容量为64．调查内容包括企业总况、改制企业状况和没有改制企业情况三个方面．本文通过对调查的结果统计与分析，提出了加强企业改革的努力方向．
The investigation aims at standardizing enterprise reform. Sample objects are managerial personnel on high and middle level, sample size is 64. The investigation mainly deals with circumstances of enterprises that carry out reform or not.Through statistics and analysis of the result, the paper holds objectives for enterprise reform.
