The development and application of the network-based speciality-set platform in higher vocational education

高职专业设置平台在高职专业的动态管理和全方位信息服务中发挥了重要作用,首次实现了面向全国、基于网络的大容量、高效、规范、安全、便捷的高职专业设置信息填报与审核管理,为各级教育行政部门及社会各界开展相关研究与决策提供了有力的信息服务与数据支撑。本文重点就高职专业设置平台的研发背景、设计理念、功能特点及应用效果等问题进行了阐释。

It is of great importance to enacting a Program Catalogue and Management Regulation for a sus-tainable development on higher vocational education.As one of the research results,the program-set plat-form,for the first time,provides a nation wide,network-based management pattern for higher vocational edu-cation with secure,accurate,convenient and efficient network support and informational environment.Mean-while,it has played an important role as a dynamic managing pattern and omnibus information service.And for all levels of educational administration department and people of all social circles,the platform has pro-vided a powerful information service and the data support for correlation research and decision-making.This article based on the background,design philosophy,major characteristics and implementation effect of the networked platform.
