摘要
企业竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争,一个能吸引人才、使用人才、开发人才的用工制度有助于提高企业用工效率及经济效益.本文在分析当前企业用工制度中存在的弊端的基础上,从观念转变、内部管理及配套改革等方面提出了解决对策.
Competition of enterprises, in the final analysis is competition of person with ability. A system of using employees could attract, employ, develop person with ability,conduce to increase efficiency of using employees and economical benefit. Based on analysis of existing problems to system of using employees in enterprises, countermeasures were advanced about improvement by idea changing, inner management, corresponding reformation and so on.
