摘要
本文针对磁粉探伤被判不合格的25Cr2MoVA棒材,进行深入研究分析,发现棒材中Cr、V元素偏析的带状组织引起磁粉堆积,导致磁探的误判,因此磁探的准确性尚有待研究提高。
The unqualified 25Cr2MoVA rod steels determined by MP (Magnetic Particle Inspection)are deeply studied in the paper. It is discovered that the wrong determination by MP results from magnetic accumulation caused by the banded structure of segregation of the elements Cr, V.The accuracy of MP has to be improved.
