摘要
根据孔隙材料及致密体的塑性变形理论,揭示了热等静压过程中粉末体及其包套的几何尺寸和相对密度的演化规律。在此基础上,提出了粉末体在圆柱形包套内均匀致密的判据,对包套尺寸的确定具有指导意义。应用本文提出的方法分析FGH95粉末高温合金热等静压过程,理论分析结果与试验数据吻合。
The evolution law of geometrical dimensions and relative density for P/M FGH95 superalloy during hot isostatic pressing was revealed by the plastisity theory for porous and solid materials. The criterion for uniform compaction of P/M superalloys in cylindrical can was developed. It can be taken as the guide to determine the dimensions of cylindrical can. Applying this method to hot isostatic pressing of FGH95 alloy, the analytical results coincide with experimental data.
