摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了超细In2O3粉末,研究了产品的特性。实验表明,以1:1盐酸在60 ̄80℃溶解铟,用氨水作沉淀剂,控制pH5 ̄8,温度50℃进行沉淀,所获沉淀在80 ̄100℃干燥后,再在850℃灼烧,可制得平均粒径0.015μm,纯度〉99.99%的In2O3粉末。设备与流程简单、污染少、产品质量高、性能好。 The ultrafine In2O3 powder was prepared by the Sol-gel method. And the properties of the product were studied.Expemiments show that under the conditions of 1:1 HCl leaching Indium at 60-80℃, NH3H2O as precipitating agent, controlling pH5-8 and temperature 50℃, drying the precipitate at 80-100℃, then burning at 850℃,The ultrafine In2O3 powder with average particle size 0. 015 um and purity 99. 99% can be obtained. This is a method with uncomplicated equipment and simple flowsheet,little pollution, high quality and good properies of the product.
