锌电解过程中减少锰离子贫化及对阳极泥返回利用的研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究了用ZnS精矿还原浸出阳极泥的工艺过程,考察了浸出时间,反应温度,始酸浓度,阳极泥α系数及ZnS用量等各种工艺参数的影响,讨论了各种不同条件的试验结果,确定了试验最佳生产工艺要求的条件。试验结果表明,在优化试验条件下,锌锰的浸出率分别可高达93%和95%以上。 The process of reduction leaching of anodic slimes with ZnS concentrate was researched. The effect of various paramenters including concentration of sulphuric acid, reaction temperature, leaching time, the α coefficient of anodic slimes and ZnS concentrate was tested. The favorable conditions of the experiments which accord with the relatic demands were obtained. The results indicated that the leaching rates of Zn and Mn were up to 93% and 95% respectively in the optimum conditions.
