摘要
目的探讨亚健康失眠人群的脑功能状态及其与失眠程度之间的关系。方法应用脑电超慢涨落图(EFG)分析仪与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表,分别检测168例亚健康失眠者(男94例,女74例)的脑功能状态指数(包括运动指数、兴奋抑制指数、血管舒缩指数)和PSQI总分。结果亚健康失眠者脑功能状态指数中的运动指数、兴奋抑制指数的实测值均高于正常睡眠者,分别为0.529±0.069vs0.491±0.072,1.195±0.205vs0.905±0.057(P<0.01)。168例亚健康失眠者PSQI总分均>7分,其中以8~17分的轻、中度失眠为主(165例,98.2%)。所有亚健康失眠者PSQI总分值与脑功能状态3种指数实测值之间均不具备相关性(P>0.05)。结论亚健康失眠人群脑功能状态存在不同程度的异常,但脑功能状态异常与其失眠程度之间无明显密切关系。
Objective To investigate the change of cerebral function state of sub-healthy people with insomnia and the relationship between the index of cerebral function state(ICFS) and the degree of insomnia.Methods Detecting the ICFS and Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) values of 168 insomniacs (male 94,female 74) by encephalofluctuograph(EFG) technique and PSQI scale,respectively.Results Compared with the normal people,the exercise index and the excitement-inhibition index of the subjects were decreased obviously,0.529±0.069 vs 0.491±0.072,1.195±0.205 vs 0.905±0.057(P〈0.01).PSQI value of each insomniac exceeded 7 scores,and the value of most subjectives was between 8 and 17 scores(165 cases,98.2%).The ICFS was not significantly correlated with the value of PSQI(P〉0.05).Conclusion The cerebral function state of sub-healthy people with insomnia is abnormal obviously,but the abnormal state does not have inevitable relationship with the degree of insomnia.
