权利失衡视野下的农民工犯罪

On Migrant Worker Crime under the Perspective of Unbalanced Right Allocation

在我国社会转型过程中,大批农民工离开自己的家园涌入城市,为城市的建设付出了心血与汗水,加速了我国的城市化、工业化、现代化进程。但与此同时,农民工犯罪现象也日趋严重。诱发农民工犯罪的原因是多方面的,权利失衡是其中的一个重要因素。控制农民工犯罪的理性选择,应当是以平衡权利为切入点进行综合治理。

A large number of migrant workers devote their blood and sweat to the construction of cities.At the same time,there are increasing numbers of crimes committed by migrant workers.The reason is various,among which unbalanced right allocation is one important factor.The reasonable control method of migrant worker crime should start with setting up balanced rights in order to achieve comprehensive social governance.
