诉讼调解充分尊重当事人的意思自治,有利于其服判息诉、履行义务并最终达到定纷止争、社会和谐的司法理想。目前,在审判实践中关于诉讼调解工作应关注"五项注意"。

Mediation in the law suit respects for the party＇s will.It is conductive to obey the judgment,fulfill their obligations,and ultimately realize the judicial ideals of removing the disputes and social harmony.The author considers the issues should be noted in the mediation currently from his own experience.
