摘要
Compstat模式是美国警务的新模式,自应用之日起,Compstat模式就在打击犯罪和维护治安方面取得了巨大的成功。从Compstat模式的概念、构成原则、构成要素及其优缺点等层面对这种模式加以分析、研究,对我国现代警务模式的建立有一定的借鉴意义。
Compstat is a new management mode of America policing.From the day of being using compstat was implemented,there are big progress and success on crime-fighting and social security.In this thesis a detail analysis of this new mode is provided from its concept,principle,and constituent.It can also be a reference for modern police management mode in our country.
