摘要
超深井井斜控制是一项复杂的技术难题。目前国内海相地层第一口超深重点科学探索井——川科1井具有超高温、超高压的特点。为确保其井身质量,除采用常规防斜打直技术外,在对国内外井斜控制理论与技术进行深入调研的基础上,提出针对该井从第一次开钻到第四次开钻分别采用大尺寸钻铤塔式钻具、垂直钻井技术、遥控可变径稳定器、机械式无线随钻测斜仪和测斜接头等一系列防斜打直新技术,收到了预期效果:不仅井斜控制在设计范围内(井斜设计小于10°),井底水平位移仅60.35m,而且大大提高了机械钻速。防斜打直配套新技术在该井的成功应用,为类似的超高温、超高压、超深井的防斜打直提供了经验。
Deflection control is a challenge for ultradeep well drilling.The well Chuanke-1,featured by super high temperature and pressure,is the first deepest scientific exploration well drilled through marine formations in China.To ensure a quality wellbore of this well,besides the conventional anti-deflection vertical drilling techniques,we made an in-depth study on the well deflection control theory and applicable techniques adopted both at home and abroad,and then recommended such new anti-deflection techniques be used respectively as adopting tapered strings with large-size collars,vertical drilling,remote-controlled adjustable stabilizer,MWD survey system and survey sub,etc.at the first and the fourth spud-in in this well,and good results were achieved as expected.The well deflection was controlled within the design range(<10°),the horizontal displacement was only 60.35 m,and the ROP was significantly improved.This successful application of these anti-deflection techniques will provide valuable experience in drilling similar ultradeep wells with super high pressure and temperature.
