城市中职生源状况调查分析及相关对策——以大连为例

Investigation and Analysis on Student Sources of Secondary Vocational Schools in City and the Countermeasures——The Case of Dalian

城市中职学校从20世纪末开始陷入招生困境。自2005年国务院发布《关于大力发展职业教育的决定》以来,城市中职生源状况有所改观,但在生源结构,生源来源、生源家庭背景等方面面临较多问题。通过对大连市中职学校近5年来生源状况调查及相关问题分析认为,扩大招生地域、实现生源多样化、打通通往高职通道、突破学历教育局限、采取免费教育等措施是解决城市中职生源问题的主要途径。

The secondary vocational schools had pludged into enrollment predicament since the end of 20th century. Since the issuing of Decision on Vigorously Developing Vocational Education, the status of student source has been improved, but it also face with many problems in the aspects of student source structure, student source origin and family background of students. Investigation on secondary vocational schools in Dalian in recent five years, the conclusions are： enlarging enrollment region, achieving diversification of student source, smoothing the pathway to higher vocational education, breaking through degree education limitation and adopting free policy are main approaches to solve the problem of student source of secondary vocational schools.
