摘要
理论分析及职业学校的观察发现,当前职业学校的学生活动具有问题性不足、开放度较低、缺乏完整行动过程、对学生的策略能力关注不够等质量问题;且多零散活动,少整体行动。教师对教学目的和教学内容的理解不明及其消极的学生观是造成这些问题的重要原因。聚焦课堂学生活动的分析有助于提高教师对自身教学观念的反思,是教师专业教学能力发展的重要途径之一。
Theoretical analysis and observation on students show that, the typical problems existed in student activities are: little problem-based,not open enough,lack of holistic action procedure,less focus on students’ strategic abilities; more fragmentary activities and little holistic activities. Teachers’ misunderstandings to teaching objectives and teaching contents and their negative student view are important reasons resulted in these problems. The positive effect of the classroom observation with focus on the students’ activities is a possible way for the didactical professional development of teachers.
