摘要
统筹城乡教师继续教育有效性评价是集结城市优质教育资源帮扶农村教育的城乡教师对话引导、互为提升的表现性评价,是关注城乡教师的进步流程及重视过程性体验的增值性评价。统筹城乡教师继续教育有效性评价体系研究需解决一级指标界定、重要观测点确立、评价结果呈现方式等核心问题。教学反思、学习汇报、研究课展示是社会委托评价范式下的有效统筹评价方式。
The validity evaluation system of plan-in-entirety in city-rural area teachers’ continuation education is a city-rural area teachers’ dialog-leading and mutual-promotion performing evaluation which aims to massing city’s excellent quality of teaching resources and helping rural area teaching, and a appreciation evaluation which concerning city-rural area teachers’ progress and valuing process experiment. The validity evaluation system research of plan-in-entirety in city-rural area teachers’ continuation education should solve the core problems such as defining the first degree target,establishing important observing points,performing ways of the evaluation results. The validity plan-in-entirety evaluation ways under the social trust evaluation mode are teaching recollection,study reports and research class revealing.
