Training of New Professional Personnel on Rural Economic and Management Services and the Development of Agricultural Industrialization

市场经济条件下,现代农业经营者、农产品经纪人、农民专业合作组织管理者等新型农村经济管理人才在农业产业化发展过程中的作用越来越突出。由于各种制约因素的影响,当前,农村经济管理职业化人才的培养状况不容乐观。需要重新定位新时期农村职业教育的功能和职责,突出对人才管理能力的培养,构建起适应我国农业产业化发展需要的农村经济管理职业人才培养模式。

Under the market economy,new professional personals on rural economic and management including modern farmers,agricultural agents and managers of the professional cooperatives have been playing increasingly prominent role in the development of agricultural industrialization process. As the impact of various constraints,the situation of training of the rural economic management professional talents is not optimistic. Therefore,it needs to reorient the functions and responsibilities of vocational education in rural areas,highlight the cultivation of professional abilities of talents,and construct the profession- al training patterns suited to the need of the development of agricultural industrialization.
