摘要
20世纪30年代,何思源在大力发展山东学校教育和社会教育的同时,对职业教育给予了高度重视,在全省范围内进行了职业教育改革。他主张将职业教育与普通教育并重,认为发展职业教育必须考虑学生实际和社会需求,体现地域特色。启示在于:处理好普通教育与职业教育之关系,紧密联系社会,加强实践,并且以人为本,做到因地制宜。
Influenced by the vocational education thought that prevalent in China in 1930s,while developing school education and social education,He Siyuan had paid highly attention to vocational education and had carried out a province-wide vocational education reform. He had proposed that we should regard vocational education and general education as equally important. He believed that we must consider the students’ actual conditions and the social demand and reflect the region characteristics when developing vocational education. The enlightenments of his thought are: disposing well the relationship between general and vocational education, intensify practice and humanity-based,etc.
