英国高中职业资格证书改革探析

Exploration on the Reform of Vocational Certificates of High School in the United Kingdom

20世纪80年代以来,英国相继颁布和实施了一系列高中职业资格证书,如国家普通职业资格证书、高级职业教育证书、高级普通教育应用学科证书等,这些资格证书的颁布与实施不仅推动了英国职业高中的快速发展,提高了高中教育入学率,实现了普通教育与职业教育的融合,而且对英国整个社会经济和教育的发展产生了深刻影响。借鉴英国的经验,我国应改革完善高中阶段教育管理体制,建立灵活多样的资格证书和课程体系,改革高校招生考试制度。

Since 1980s,the United Kingdom has promulgated and put into effect a series of high school vocational certificates,such as GNVQs,AVCEs ,GCEs/A-levels in applied subjects,ect. The promulgation and implementation of these certificates not only promoted the rapid development of vocational high schools,improved senior secondary education enrollment rates,achieved integration of general education and vocational education,but also had a profound impact on the development of whole British economy and education. Referring the experiences of the U.K., China should reform management system for senior secondary education, build flexible and diversified certificate and curriculum system and reform enrolment system of higher education.
