高职旅游管理专业“分阶段螺旋式”工学结合人才培养模式探索

Exploration on the "Phased Spiral" Talents Cultivation Mode of Working and Learning Combination of Tourism Management Specialty of Higher Vocational Education

为全面提升学生的专业技能、职业素养和可持续发展能力,降低学生行业就业的流失率,丽水职业技术学院旅游管理专业构建了"分阶段螺旋式"工学结合人才培养模式。其人才培养分起步期、成长期、发展期、提升期、成熟期5个阶段,整个培养过程由低到高、由浅入深,呈现"螺旋式"递进的特征。为保障该模式的实施,须明确学校和企业作为人才培养主体的职责,构建适合人才培养模式的教师队伍、课程体系和质量控制机制。

In order to fully enhance professional skills,professional qualities and sustainable development of students,and reduce the loss of employment rate of students in industry,tourism management specialty of Lishui Vocational and Technical College has built the ＂phased spiral＂ talent training mode of working and learning combination,its talents training includes five periods of starting phase,growing phase,developing phase,upgrading phase and mature phase,and the entire training process embody the ＂spiral＂ progressive features from low to high and from shallow to deep.To protect its implementation,the responsibilities of schools and businesses as the subjects of personnel training should be clarified,qualified teaching staff curriculum system and quality control mechanism which adapt to the talents cultivation model should be constructed.
