高职生产性实训基地教学模式探索

Exploration on Teaching Model of Productive Practice Training Base of Higher Vocational Education

高职校内生产性实训基地教学模式是指在实践教学和合作学习等理论的指导下、在准真实的工业环境中开展实践教学活动,形成相对的、系统的和理论化的实践教学形式,具有完整性、职业性、操作性等特征。基于建构主义、行为主义、合作学习等理论,围绕工作任务的创设、实施与考核,构建校内生产性实训基地"教、学、做、考"一体化教学模式,体现"以学生为主导,以学生为中心"的原则。

The teaching model of productive practice training base in higher vocational schools indicates practice teaching activity developed in quasi-industrial environment under the guidance of theories of practice teaching and cooperative teaching,which eventually form relative,systematic and theoretical and practical teaching mode,which has the characteristics of integrity,professionalization and operation.Based on constructivism,behaviorism,cooperative learning theory,surrounding with the creation,implementation and evaluation of working tasks,the integrated teaching mode of ＂teaching,learning,doing and test＂ was constructed in productive practice training base,and the principles of ＂student-led and student-centered＂ were embodied.
