摘要
灾难救治是医学救援工作的重中之重.其医疗救护处理是否及时和得当,对降低死亡率和伤残率、维护社会的稳定有着重要作用.本文对青海玉树4.14医疗救援的特点、及在应对高原条件下的极端性自然灾害的过程中紧急医疗救援体系存在的不足进行介绍,并提出对高原地区灾难医疗救援工作的建议.
The disaster rescue is the most important task in medical work. The timely and appropriate medical care treatment plays an important role in reducing mortality and disability rates and keeping social stability. This article introduces the medical rescue characteristics and emergency medical rescue systemic shortage in the earthquake in Yushu, Qinghai happened on 4.14, which happened on high altitude area, and gives some suggestion for disaster medical rescue work on high altitude area.
