介绍了4#高炉长寿的实践经验。根据钒钛磁铁矿的冶金特性,对4#高炉炉体关键部位采取了一些重要措施,并在生产过程中开发了延长高炉寿命的操作技术,使高炉一代炉龄可望达到12年。
The practical experience for long campaign life of 4 #blast
furnace at Pangang was introduced.Based on the metallurgical characteristics of V Ti bearing
magnetite,the important measures were adopted for the critical positions of furnace body of 4 #
blast furnace.The operating technology used for extending campaign life of blast furnace was
developed in the course of production,thus coming up to 12 years campaign life.
