社会资本能提高社区治理绩效吗?——测量中的问题与“关系”研究架构

Can Social Capitals Increase the Governance Performance of Communities?——Problems in measurement and studying framework of "relationship"

社区社会资本的测量有多种方式。无论是个体社会资本,还是社区社会资本,现有的测量都较少考虑到中国社区建设的"理论"与"实践",即没有关注到中国社会治理的现代性背景、国家-社会关系、殖民化倾向、差序格局、经济增长至上的发展观等,测量的意义因而不明。因此,在解释社区治理绩效的时候,必须考虑到制度和"关系"。

There are many methods of measuring social capital of communities. Either for individual social eapital or for community social capital, the ＂theory＂ and ＂practice＂ during the building of Chinese communi- ties is rarely introduced into current measurement, that is, the aim of the measurement seems less clear, if these factors are not concerned, including modern governance background of Chinese society, the relationship between state and society, colonial tendency, differential order, outlook of development with the priority of economic growth. Therefore, we must take into consideration the regime and ＂relationship＂ while explaining the governance performance of communities.
