摘要
研究了酸再生工艺参数,例如反应温度、浓缩酸密度、空煤比、水质等,对副产品氧化铁粉(Fe2O3粉)质量的影响。提出了合理的可以保证氧化铁粉质量的工艺参数。进行了用攀钢冷轧厂氧化铁粉试制磁性材料的试验,结果表明,用这种氧化铁粉生产的永磁体的质量达到或超过了SJ/T10410-93标准中的Y30H-1牌号。
The technical parameters for reclaiming hydrochloric acid,such as reaction temperature,the density of concentrated acid ,air gas ratio volume,quality of rinsing water etc on the quality of ferric oxide powder (by product) were investigated.The reasonable technical parameters were put forward to ensure the quality of ferric oxide powder. The experiment to trial-produce magnetic material from ferric oxide powder was carried out at Pangang.The results show that the high grade permanent magnet can been made from the ferric oxide powder.The quality of the permanent magnet comes up to or surpasses Y30H-1 standard (SJ/T10410-93 standard).
