摘要
介绍了国外洁净钢的生产技术。根据攀钢目前冶炼工艺存在的问题，提出了生产洁净钢应该采取的技术措施。
The technology for foreign clean steel production was introduced.Based on problems present in current smelting processes at Pangang,the technical measures which should be taken for clean steel production were put forward.
