含硫磷硼酸酯衍生物的制备及其在合成油中的摩擦性能 被引量:7

摘要 实验通过在硼酸酯结构中引入硫代磷酸酯官能团,成功制备了一种含硼添加剂,并在合成基础油中考察了其摩擦学性能:在合成油中的抗磨性能较二烷基二硫代磷酸锌较差,而减摩性能好于二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。初步考察了该含硼添加剂的抗氧化性能及热稳定性。 The lubricating additive containing boron was prepared successfully after introducing dialky- lthiophosphate group. Its tribological properties as an additive were explored in synthetic base oil. The results showed that the antiwear property was worse than that of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate; however, its friction-reducing property was better. In addition, its thermal stability and antioxidant performance were also explored preliminarily in synthetic base oil.
