摘要
研究了以水做溶剂,在微波辐射下合成了一系列含π-π或p-π键的嘧啶和嘌呤衍生物。结果表明,水可以代替有机溶剂且收率达到71%~93%,反应时间缩短到10 min,且反应只在嘧啶N1和嘌呤N7发生,区域选择性好。产物经~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR进行了表征。
A green and regioselective procedure for the synthesis of pyrimidine and purine derivatives with π-π or p-π bonds via microwave-assisted alkylation in water is described. The advantages of this pathway include its eco-friendliness, simple manipulation, short reaction time, good regioselectivity and yields. The product was characterized by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR. The products can be employed as candidates in the biology research.
