摘要
实验经双乙酰基二茂铁与水合肼缩合,合成双乙酰基二茂铁双肼腙,再以双乙酰基二茂铁双肼腙与丙酮、苯甲醛、水杨醛反应,合成了3种双乙酰基二茂铁双肼腙席夫碱。其最佳合成工艺条件为:催化剂浓盐酸0.25 mL,反应温度85℃,n(双乙酰基二茂铁):n(水合肼)=1.0:3.5,反应时间8 h,收率可达80%。所有化合物均经元素分析,红外光谱和核磁共振进行了结构确证。
First, Diacetylferrocene dihydrazone is prepared by the condensation of diacetylferrocene with hydrazine hydrate. Then, three novel ferrocenyl Schiff bases are prepared by the condensation of diacetylferrocene dihydrazone with acetone, benzaldehyde and salicylaldehyde, respectively. Under the optimum conditions, i. e. , the mass concentration of the catalyst 0.25 mL, reaction temperature 85℃, n(diacetylferrocene) : n(hydrazine hydrate) =1.0 : 3.5 and reaction time 8 h, the yield is up to 80.0%. The structures of the products are characterized by elementary analysis, IR and ^1H NMR.
