摘要
目的设计了合成药物盐酸托莫西汀的新路线。方法以价廉的苯乙酮为原料,经6步反应制得托莫西汀。结果目标化合物经1H-NMR1、3C-HMR、MS和IR确证,总收率为6.8%。结论本路线试剂便宜,反应条件温和,操作简单,适合工业化生产。
OBJECTIVE To design a new route to atomoxetine.METHODS The target compound was synthesized by 6-step using propiophenone as new material.RESULTS The chemical structure of compound was determined by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS and IR and overall yield of was 6.8%.CONCLUSION This method is convenient and available for industrial poduction.
