摘要
本文采用扫描电子显微镜,电子探针等对中性盐浴渗钒中出现的反常组织进行了分析,发现反常组织是坩埚中的NI等合金元素渗入基体形成的,反常组织的显微硬度明显低于正常的渗钒层,并探讨了避免反常组织形成的措施。
In this paper, the abnormal microstructure in neutral salt bath vanadizing had been characterized by using SEM and EPMA. The rusults showed, NI、 Zn element diffused to the matrix were the reaon that forming abnomal microstrcture. The preventive steps of forming abnormal microstrcture were discussed.
