摘要 文章在介绍OA型科学传播系统基本原则与模式的基础上,根据社会-技术互动网络(STIN)的观点,分析了OA型科学传播系统的结构及其各要素之间的交互作用、该系统的开放性特征和必备的功能;最后指出OA型科学传播系统所面临的困境,并提出一些摆脱困境的设想。 After exploring the principles and patterns of the scientific communication system,according to the viewpoints of STIN,this paper analyzes the configuration of the system,the interaction between elements inside,its open character,and the functions owned necessarily by the system;then introduces the present situation of the system,presents some measures to get rid of them.
