摘要
对采用气、固两相反应制取六氯化钨的工艺,不同反应炉、物料形状(钨粉和钨块)及炉内气氛对产品质量和氯化反应速度的影响,以及对氯化钨的精馏处理进行了研究探索。结果表明,本实验可加快氯化反应速度,并有利于制备低氧(<05%)六氯化钨粉末。
Study is made of the preparation of WCl 6 by gas solid phase reaction.The reactor type, material morphology (W powder or briquette), furnace atmosphere, product quality, chloridization reaction velocity and the rectification of WCl 6 are investigated. Using the experiment results, the chloridization reaction velocity can accelarate, and the WCl 6 powder can be obtained with low oxygen(<0.5%).
