摘要
阐述了稀土稳定剂对ＰＶＣ塑料的作用原理，以及稳定剂用于制备ＰＶＣ片材的试验。试验表明：稀土热稳定剂能使塑料塑化均匀，片材热分解时间延长，透明片的“鱼眼”减少５０％以上；乳白片的白度提高１０～１６°，光泽度提高３～５°。稀土稳定剂的添加量为０２％～０４％。
Description is
made of the reaction principle of RE Stablizer on the PVC plastics and the test on PVC sheet
preparation by the said stablizer. The test results show that 0.2%～ 0.4 % addition of RE thermal
stablizer can result in uniform plasticization of PVC plastics, longer thermal decomposition of the
sheet, and a >50% decrease of “fish eyes” in the transparent sheet, 10～16° increase of the
whiteness of the opal sheet, and 3～5° increase of the glossiness.
