摘要
研究了烧结温度、烧结压力、保温时间及其交互作用对铁基金刚石锯片节块及胎体性能的影响,采用正交试验和方差分析方法确定铁基金刚石锯片的最佳工艺条件,并对铁基金刚石锯片的烧结机理进行了初步的探讨。
In this paper,the effects of the sintering parameters,such as sintering temperature - keeping time,forming pressure andtheir interactions,have been investigated,on the mechanical Properties of iron-based diamond segments and its b0nd matri-ces. Using orthogonal experiment and variance analysis determine the optimum sintering process of iron-based diamond sawblade. The sintering mechanism of iron-based diamond saw blade has been discussed simp1y.
