Because of the large quantity and complexity of non - standard equipments, the process trial creates a large piece of work. In time and effective solutions to the problems that exist in this stage will play an important rule for the fully production of the finishing lines. This article has discussed several typical problems that happen in the process trial at Dongan Heibao passenger car project and other contractor lines, indicating the principles and cautions during process trial of finishing lines, which can be used as reference in the contractor project of finishing lines.
