摘要
在分析CTAW弧长自动变化特征的基础上,设计了自动稳定弧长的控制器。其特点是既能保证跟踪精度,又不至于频繁调节焊枪。由于采取了可变窗口宽度的措施,因而能有效地避免焊枪的纠差振荡。控制器结构简单,调试方便。弧长取样部分采取了线性光电隔离措施,提高了系统可靠性。
On the basis of analyzing the feature of arc length change, a controller for auto - stabilizing arc length is developed. The controller with simple construction and easy regulation can ensure the tracking precision and needn' t adjust welding gun very frequently. Because arc length sampling adopts linear photoelectricity segregation, the system reliability is increased.
