小剂量去氧肾上腺素对缩宫素致剖宫产术患者心血管反应的影响 被引量：12

摘要 缩宫素因其可促进子宫收缩、减少手术失血以及产后出血，目前仍然在剖宫产手术中广泛使用。然而，快速静脉注射缩宫素常引起低血压、心动过速等心血管反应，可导致心跳骤停，危及生命。因此，如何降低缩宫素导致的心血管反应，提高产科麻醉安全，是麻醉科医生值得关注的问题。
