摘要
本文以同时具有学术性和应用性的7S结构作为区分管理学研究领域的标准,统计分析了国内外2001~2009年管理学各研究领域的研究方向和各研究领域的变化趋势图,并归纳出国内外管理学各研究领域的发展趋势类型及相关研究方向。这一尝试的目的在于平衡管理学理论研究和实务应用之间的关系,发现国内外研究的差异。研究发现,战略管理、人力资源管理、组织结构是近年国外管理学的热点研究领域;公司治理和竞争优势是近年国内管理学的热点研究领域。关键词词频的变化趋势反映,战略和技能将成为未来国外管理学研究的重点领域;结构和共同价值观将成为未来国内管理学研究的重点领域。研究还发现,尽管重视管理的软性因素和重视人的因素已被较普遍地接受,但国内对此的研究仍显得不足。
Based on word frequency method and content analysis approach, classifying the management research domain with Mckinsey 7S framework, the paper analyzed the key words used in the management papers of 5 authoritative foreign and 5 authoritative domestic journals during 2001 - 2009. The conclusion was: strategic man- agement, human resource management and organizational structure were research hotspots in foreign management; while listed company, corporate governance and competitive advantage were research hotspots in domestic manage- ment research. It could be deduced from the variation trends of key words frequency, that strategy and skill will be the focal areas of foreign management research in the future, structure and shared value will be the focal areas of domestic management research in the future.
