反应性血管内皮细胞瘤病

Reactive angioendotheliomatosis

报告1例反应性血管内皮细胞瘤病。患者女,34岁。因左前臂红斑、斑块7个月余就诊。皮肤科检查:左前臂近肘窝处见6～8处红斑、丘疹及斑块,较大者直径达4 cm。皮损中见紫癜。皮损组织病理示:真皮毛细血管数量显著增多,成簇或弥漫分布。增生血管均表达CD34和因子Ⅷ。

A 34 years old female had erythemas and plagues on the left forearm for 7 months. Aggressive angiomyxoma had been successfully removed in 2003. She had mammary fibroma and hyperplasia of lobule of mammary gland in September this year. On examination： 6-8 erythemas, papules, plagues and purpuras were found on the ventral side of the left forearm, the maximum of lesion was as large as 4 cm in diameter. Proliferated capillaries distributed diffusely or in clusters in the dermis, and were stained to be positive with CD34 and factor Ⅷ antibodies. A diagnosis of reactive angioendotheliomatosis was finally made.
