透明细胞鲍恩病

Clear cell Bowen's disease:a case report

报告1例透明细胞鲍恩病。患者女,64岁。下腹部暗红色斑块、结痂伴瘙痒10年。皮肤科检查:下腹部见一4 cm×5 cm不规则暗红色斑,稍高出皮面,表面有黑褐色痂。皮损组织病理检查示:表皮角化过度伴角化不全,棘层增生肥厚,其中可见核大浓染的细胞、角化不良细胞及核分裂象,棘层上部细胞胞质丰富淡染透亮。诊断:透明细胞鲍恩病。

A case of clear cell Bowen＇s disease is reported.A （M-year-old female patient presented with dark red crusted plaque on the hypogastric region over her body with itching for 10 years.Physical examination showed there was a slightly elevated madder red plaque of 4cm×5cm on the hypogastrium.There was pitchy crust on the surface of the plaque. Histological examination of the specimens from her skin lesion showed hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis and hyperacanthosis. The cells with large nuclei and hyperchromatin, dyskeratotic cells, and mistoses could be easily found. The cells in the upper part of the prickle cell layer showed abundant lucent cytoplasm. The case was finally diagnosed as clear cell Bowen＇s disease.
