教育投资的非货币化收益——基于教育对犯罪程度的效应分析 被引量:17

摘要 依据法院提供的犯罪人统计数据,运用最优尺度回归和逻辑斯蒂回归技术,通过对犯罪人群受教育程度与处罚程度之间显著的稳定的负相关关系的深入分析,揭示了教育对降低犯罪程度具有积极作用,即对犯罪行为的社会危害性程度上升具有遏制作用和负效应,进而说明国家和社会投资于教育,可以获得非货币化收益。 Based on the analysis of criminal data from judicial trials,this paper reveals the inverse influence of criminals’educational level in deserved punishment degree using the Optimal Scaling and Logistic regressions.The empirical results suggest that education decreases the possibility of the more evil crimes and has a strong positive effect on more harmful criminal activities,education brings non-monetized contribution to society and nation.
