摘要
提出了采用交互方式读取由AutoCAD软件绘制的二维铸造工艺图以生成基本体素数据文件,通过对基本体素进行网格剖分,建立起适用于铸件凝固模拟需要的三维实体。给出了自动剖分的原理和采用面向对象技术编制自动剖分程序的方法。编制的前处理软件剖分速度快,剖分网格数可超过1000万。通过一个大型复杂铸件的造型实例,证明了该方法的可靠性和实用性。
Using the interactive method, the data file of the primary solids can be established from the 2-dimmensional foundry technological drawings made by AutoCAD , then 3-dimmensional solid model for the casting solidification simulation can be generated by meshing the primary solids. The principle of the grid processing is proposed, and the Object Oriented Programming method used in the mesh generator code is also introduced . The code can be run fast on PC computers to deal with more than 10 millions elements. An example of a large casting with complex shape is shown to prove reliablity and practicability of the method .
