摘要
通过对制造服务中产品制造任务和企业制造资源的定义以及基于物料清单的数据流分析,建立了一种智能化制造任务分配模型。该模型基于ASP模式,采用移动Agent技术构建,包含制造任务静动态分配和分配策略。利用灰色理论设计了制造任务分配Agent,建立了评价指标量化表,采用层次分析法确定了评价指标的权重系数,并利用灰色关联度进行了求解。通过具体实例的应用,表明了采用灰色分析优化的制造任务分配策略的可行性和优越性。
Through the services of the product manufacture duty and the enterprise resource definitions as well as based on the material detailed list data flow analysis,one kind of intellectualized manufacture task allocation model was established.Based on the ASP pattern,this model used mobile-Agent technology construction,forgave the manufacture duty static assignment,the dynamic allocation and the assignment strategy.Using grey theory to design manufacture task allocation Agent,an evaluating indicator quantification table was established,the analytic hierarchy process was used to determinate evaluating indicator weighting factor,and the solution was carried on using gray relational grade.Through the concrete example's applications,the gray analysis optimization of manufacture task allocation strategy indicates feasibility and superiority.
