拮抗芒果炭疽病菌的红树内生细菌筛选及AiL3菌株抗菌物质研究 被引量:14

摘要 采用对峙生长法测定了24株红树内生细菌对芒果炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides不同菌株的拮抗作用,其中来自老鼠簕Acanthus ilicifolius叶片的菌株AiL3拮抗效果较好,对芒果炭疽菌3个菌株的抑菌带均大于10mm。该菌株对辣椒疫霉Phytophthora capsici、黄瓜枯萎病菌Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum等8种植物病原菌亦有较强的拮抗作用。菌株培养滤液经有机溶剂萃取和硫酸铵沉淀分析发现,硫酸铵沉淀物具有抑菌活性;沉淀物经蛋白酶K和胃蛋白酶作用后,拮抗作用消失,说明菌株AiL3产生的抗菌物质是蛋白类物质。该蛋白对热和酸碱稳定、对紫外线不敏感。 Antagonism of 24 endogenous bacteria strains against Mango anthracnose pathogen,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,was determined by dual cultural tests.Strain AiL3 from the leaves of Acanthus ilicifolius was demonstrated to be highly antagonistic against the pathogenic fungus.Spectrum tests also showed that the strain could inhibit other 8 pathogens,including Phytophthora capsici,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum,etc.Substance from the fermentation of strain AiL3 precipitated by ammonium sulfate exhibited high antifungal activity.The antagonism disappeared when the substance was treated with proteinase K and pepsin,indicating that the antifungal substance produced by strain AiL3 was a protein.The antifungal protein was thermo-stable,insensitive to acid,alkali and ultraviolet(UV) radiation.
