小菜蛾布伦克虫疠霉研究初探 被引量:1

摘要 侵染小菜蛾的布伦克虫疠霉Pandora blunckii在广东省首次发现,该菌可引起西洋菜田中小菜蛾Plutella xylostella种群的流行病,侵染率为20.7%,主要侵染小菜蛾三、四龄幼虫;该菌不能侵染四龄菜青虫。本文还对该菌侵染小菜蛾引起的症状及其形态特征进行了描述。 A fungal pathogen Pandora blunckii infecting Plutella xylostella was first found in Guangdong province.The fungus could cause an epidemic disease on P.xylostella in Nasturtium officinale fields during spring in 2009,with prevalence reaching 20.7%.The 3rd and 4th instar larvae of P.xylostella were mainly infected,while the 4th instar larvae of Pieris rapae could not be infected.Meanwhile,the disease symptoms were presented and the fungus was morphologically described from naturally infected host larvae.
