Information technology has exerted a substantial influence on foreign language teaching and learning. This article made an attempt to construct a logical framework of Information-Technology Supported Foreign Language Teaching and Learning. Beginning with the technological and theoretical basis, this article also analyzes the different forms of expression and the essence of Information-Technology Supported Foreign Language Teaching and Learning.
