口译思维理解中的前知识运作

Prior knowledge Operation in Sense-Making Process of Interpreting

本文基于Fauconnier ＆Turner（2002）提出的概念整合理论,提出口译思维理解前知识运作原则,基本观点是将口译思维理解视为前知识概念整合运作。通过对口译思维解析中的前知识、主体性和意义等核心术语进行重新审视以及实例考察,发现如下：前知识框架是口译思维理解概念网络的一个动态意义单位,涉及文化视点、语言结构和话语风格等概念要素的互动运作;前知识要素与原语知识图式的相关成分发生连通映射,通过合成运作可形成前知识突显;在主体能动性与制动性干预机制的影响下,前知识运作得以实现概念连通、激活、调整、投射与合成,促发原语意义的浮出。

This article forwards the prior knowledge operation principle for sense-making process of interpreting, based on Conceptual Integration Theory proposed by Fauconnier ＆Turner （2002）. It argues that prior knowledge operation involves conceptual integration while the notions such as prior knowledge, subjectivity as well as meaning carry particularities with interpreting thinking pattern. The findings are as follows： prior knowledge frame is a dynamic structure working through the interactions between counterparts concerning such conceptual elements as cultural perspective, linguistic structure and discourse style; prior knowledge salience emerges from selective projections as well as mappings between relevant elements from source language schemata and prior knowledge frame; through prior knowledge operation, the activity of subjectivity streamlines such conceptual procedures as conceptual connections, activations, adjustments, projections and blendings until the source language utterance makes sense.
