摘要
采用金相显微镜、x射线衍射与电子探针相结合的方法,分析了奥氏体会金铸铁的组织,并采用多种腐蚀试验方法研究了该合金铸铁的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在该铸铁中除了石墨和奥氏体基体外,还有合金渗碳体存在。经620℃×1.5h空冷热处理后在热盐液介质中具有良好的耐蚀性和较高的抗电化学腐蚀、点蚀与晶间腐蚀性能。此外,该铸铁还具有较好的综合力学性能和满意的铸造性能,具有广阔的应用前景。
A combination of optical microscope,X-ray difraction spectrum and EMPA
is used to analyse the mi-crostructure of austenitic alloy cast iron,and many kinds corrosion
test methods is used to investigate the corrosion be-haviour of the alloy cast iron.Experimental
results show that,in this alloy cast iron,besides graphite and austenitic base,had yet alloying
cementite.It had good corrosion resistance in heat salt solution medium and higher
electrochemical cor-rosion resistance ,pitting resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance
properties after 620℃×1.5 h AC heat treat-ment.Adition,the austenitic alloy cast iron had yet
better synthetical mechanical properties and satisfied casting proper-ties,it prosesses wide
applied prospects.[
