摘要
本文介绍了ISO环境管理技术委员会正在制定的IS014067《产品的碳足迹》国际标准出台的背景、进展,并对工作组草案的技术内容进行了分析,探讨了碳足迹评价的局限性,进而从技术和贸易两个方面探讨了我国所面临的形势,以及该国际标准可能对我国产生的影响。
The paper provides information about background, and progress of the ongoing development of ISO14067, Product Carbon Footprint. Based on the analysis of its context and the related debate, the limitation of carbon footprint assessment is explored. Thus, the potential impact to China＇s goods with the aspects technology and trade is addressed.
